- High school graduation diploma with its translation into English or Turkish.
- Transcript (indicating courses and grades taken from the school and signed by the school director) with its translation into English or Turkish.
- Exam result document (Accepted exam results are clarified in the 7th article of "Harran University instructions of admissions from abroad") with its translation into English or Turkish.
- 4.5x6 cm sized photo.
- Bank check for the Application fee (Students who do not have Harran University’s YÖS certificate must deposit 25 TL in the bank account shown below ).
- Turkish language certificate (TÖMER) if found.

The registrations will be held on designated dates in Student Administration Offices of related faculties/departments during the dates sited in the web site of Harran University.
Documents required for the registration are:
-Original High School diploma, with its translation into English or Turkish notarized or approved by Turkish Foreign Representatives,
-Diploma Equivalence Certificate (provided from Provincial Directorate for National Education or Turkish Foreign Representatives),
-Original transcript approved by school directorate, with translation into English or Turkish notarized or approved by Turkish Foreign Representatives (certificate of secondary education grade point average),
-Original of a YÖS Result Document or another exam result document that is accepted by Harran University, with its translation into English or Turkish notarized or approved by Turkish Foreign Representatives,
-Approved copy of passport including the educational visa.
-Bank receipt approving that contribution charge was paid,
-12 personal photographs (sized at 4.5 x 6 cm),
-Certificate of Turkish language proficiency (original document with its translation into English or Turkish notarized or approved by Turkish Foreign Representatives).

- Accepted Candidates that do not have a certificate of competency for Turkish will be given one year to get the certificate by the end of the year.
- Applications with falsified, false, incomplete or incorrect documents will result in cancellation of the application, even if the final registration was already done. And they will be a criminal complaint against them to the related authorities.

The duration of the preparatory program is not included in the total number of years of study required for graduation shown in the columns for education period.
Bk. 121. Bir yıl süreli zorunlu Arapça Hazırlık Programı uygulanır. Hazırlık sınıfı, öğretim süresi sütununda gösterilen yıllara dahil değildir. Arapça yeterlik sınavını başaranlar doğrudan birinci sınıfa alınırlar. Öğrencilere, "Yükseköğretim Kurumlarında Yabancı Dil Öğretimi ve Yabancı Dille Öğretim Yapılmasında Uyulacak Esaslara İlişkin Yönetmelik" hükümleri uygulanır.
See 121. One-year Arabic Language preparatory program is compulsory. The duration of the preparatory program is not included in the total number of years of study required for graduation shown in the columns for education period. The students who are successful in the Arabic Language exemption test can directly begin the first year of their program. Students are subject to the provisions of “Regulat ions on Foreign Language Teaching in Higher Education Institutions and the Principles that will be followed in Foreign Language Teaching”.
